Add a team member

Requires permission

You need a Settings ability level of Manage all to perform this action.

Add a team member

  1. Visit Bugsy's new team member page.
  1. Enter the team member's details.
    • Details are used to create team documents, like visits and invoices.
    • A team member needs a Name.
  1. Set the team member's permissions.
    • Permissions define the actions a team member is allowed to take.
  1. Activate the team member's account.
    • A team member will not be able to access your team unless you activate their account.
    • When you activate a team member's account, you need to enter an account Email. The team member will use this email address to sign in to Bugsy.
  1. Click Actions.
  2. Click Create member.

You should see the team member's name at the top of the page.

caution

Activating a team member's account will update your team's subcription price.
