You need a Customers ability level of Manage all to perform this action.

Create a customer

1. Visit Bugsy's new customer page.

2. Enter the customer's details.
   • A customer needs a Name.

3. Enter the customer's contact information.
   • A customer can have one Email and one Phone.
   • If a customer has additional contact information, you can create a person.

4. Enter the customer's address.
   • This is a mailing address.
   • To add a service address, you can create a property.

5. Activate the customer's account.
   • A customer will not be able to access your team unless you activate their account.
   • When you activate a customer's account, you need to enter an account Email. The customer will use this email address to sign in to Bugsy.

6. Click Actions.
7. Click Create customer.

You should see the customer's page.
