Create a job

Requires permission

You need a Jobs ability level of Manage all to perform this action.

Create a job

  1. Navigate to a customer's page.
    • You can visit the customers page and click the name of a customer.
    • You can also search for a customer.
  1. Click Actions.
  2. Click New job.

You should see New job at the top of the page.

  1. Enter the job's details.
    • A job needs a Customer, Property, and Name.
  1. Enter the job's schedule.
    • An active job will automatically create visits.
    • A job needs a Starts on to create visits.
    • A job can repeat Never, Regularly, or Seasonally.
    • A job can stop Never, On date, or After number of visits.
    • A job with a Status of Scheduled will automatically appear on the schedule.
    • A job needs a Team member to assign visits.
  1. Add job items.
    • You can create, update, and destroy items.
    • You can select items from your default list, or you can create custom items.
    • Items need a Name, Quantity, and Price.
  1. Add job taxes.
    • You can create, update, and destroy taxes.
    • You can select taxes from your default list, or you can create custom taxes.
    • Taxes need a Name and Rate.
  1. Click Actions.
  2. Click Create job.

You should see the job's name at the top of the page.
